You will work closely with photographers, stylists, and producers to deliver flawless makeup artistry that enhances the story and the confidence of every client.

Responsibility
- Lead and execute makeup applications for bridal, editorial, on-set, and special events with precision and artistry.
- Collaborate with photographers, stylists, and producers to ensure cohesive visuals that tell a compelling story.
- Mentor and coach junior artists, ensuring consistent technique and high-quality finishes across all looks.
- Develop custom color palettes and skin-first makeup strategies tailored to diverse skin tones and lighting conditions.
- Maintain impeccable sanitation standards, organize kits efficiently, and manage inventory of products and tools.
- Conduct thorough client consultations, manage expectations, and communicate timelines clearly.
- Stay current with trends, tools, and products; test and evaluate new launches for potential incorporation.
- Provide exceptional client experiences that inspire trust, repeat business, and referrals.
Qualification
- 5+ years of makeup artistry experience in bridal, editorial, fashion, or film settings.
- Proficiency with high-definition makeup, airbrushing, lash applications, and a wide range of product lines.
- Strong knowledge of color theory, skin types, undertones, and facial anatomy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment.
- Impressive portfolio demonstrating versatility across looks and media.
- Beauty industry certification or graduation from an accredited program preferred.
- Willingness to travel for shoots and events; on-set etiquette and time-management skills.
