Responsibility
- Provide high-end makeup services for clients including bridal, editorial, and red-carpet looks with a personalized consultation approach.
- Lead and mentor junior artists, coordinating on-set makeup teams during shoots and events.
- Collaborate with photographers, stylists, and clients to realize the creative vision while maintaining brand standards.
- Maintain impeccable sanitation, hygiene, and color-management practices across all services.
- Craft customized makeup looks, perform color theory analysis, and offer product recommendations tailored to each client.
- Manage appointment scheduling, client CRM updates, and inventory oversight for your kit.
- Represent the brand at events, trainings, and promotional shoots, upholding luxury service standards.
- Stay current on trends, skincare science, and new product lines through ongoing learning.
Qualification
- 5+ years of professional makeup artistry experience in luxury, editorial, bridal, or fashion settings.
- On-set experience with ability to work under tight deadlines and changing conditions.
- Exceptional client communication, consultation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency across diverse makeup techniques including bridal, editorial, runway, and light FX.
- Strong knowledge of skincare, color theory, and product ingredients; sanitation certification preferred.
- Ability to lead a team, mentor junior artists, and collaborate across departments.
- Flexible schedule with weekend availability and willingness to travel for shoots.
- Robust portfolio and references demonstrating versatility and precision.
