Lumina Creative Studio is seeking a Lead Photographer to elevate brand storytelling through striking visuals. Based in New York, you will collaborate with creative directors, art buyers, and clients to craft campaigns that resonate across channels. This is a full-time role for a talented photographer who thrives in a fast-paced studio environment.

Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end photography shoots for brand campaigns, from concept to delivery, ensuring on-brand storytelling and high production value.
- Collaborate with creative directors, art directors, and clients to develop shot lists, mood boards, and lighting plans.
- Manage on-set lighting, camera departments, and crew; oversee set design, styling, and prop coordination while maintaining safety and efficiency.
- Conduct post-production and color grading; oversee retouching to meet brand standards and deliver final assets across channels.
- Curate and manage organized asset libraries; ensure timely delivery and version control for multi-market campaigns.
- Direct models and talent on set; communicate clearly with clients to manage expectations and feedback.
- Stay current with industry trends, gear, and software; propose innovative concepts to elevate campaigns.
Qualification
- 5+ years of professional photography experience in branding, advertising, or editorial environments.
- Strong portfolio showcasing branding storytelling and high-quality imagery.
- Mastery of studio lighting, composition, and on-location shoots; proficient with DSLR/mirrorless systems and raw workflows.
- Expert in post-production: Photoshop, Lightroom, and color management; ability to deliver color-accurate, publication-ready assets.
- Excellent on-set direction, communication, and client-facing presentation skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Photography or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple shoots and meet tight deadlines.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States (or equivalent work permit).
