Responsibility
- Host and perform live dance sessions on physical and digital platforms.
- Engage, entertain, and connect with both online and on-site audiences.
- Collaborate with choreographers and other performers to ensure seamless presentations.
- Maintain high energy and stage presence throughout each performance.
- Assist in building a positive community and following by interacting with fans and viewers.
- Participate in training, rehearsals, and feedback sessions to continuously improve show quality.
- Promote upcoming events and drive audience participation on social media channels.
- Adhere to company guidelines to ensure a safe and professional environment.
Qualification
- Previous experience as a host, dancer, or in live performances is highly valued.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal communication, and public speaking skills.
- Passion for dance and performing arts.
- Confident, charismatic, and energetic stage presence.
- Ability to engage audiences both in-person and online.
- Willingness to adapt to flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends.
- Comfortable using video streaming platforms and social media.
- Team player with a proactive and collaborative attitude.
