As a Live Host, you'll be expected to deliver on-brand messaging, entertain and inform attendees, and build rapport with the public. Responsibility
- Present brand messaging at events, malls, and live sessions with energy and clarity.
- Host live streams and on-site promotions, engaging audiences and moderating questions and comments.
- Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to ensure consistent brand storytelling.
- Set up and manage event spaces, assist with equipment and stage presence.
- Track audience feedback and campaign performance, reporting insights to managers.
- Support post-event content creation, such as highlight clips and social posts.
- Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to brand guidelines; manage scheduling and bookings as required.
Qualification
- Proven experience in live hosting, public speaking, or customer-facing roles.
- Excellent English communication; Malay language skills are a plus.
- Energetic, confident, and comfortable on camera and on stage.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends; able to travel within Kuala Lumpur.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with social media and live-streaming tools.
- Legal eligibility to work in Malaysia and a positive, professional attitude.
