Responsibility
- Host high-energy live streaming sessions through social media and e-commerce platforms to showcase Hap Suy Hardware products.
- Engage with online audiences by answering questions, demonstrating product features, and providing excellent customer service in real time.
- Plan and prepare content for live streams, ensuring sessions are informative, entertaining, and aligned with brand standards.
- Create interactive and dynamic presentations to encourage audience participation and boost sales conversion during live events.
- Maintain in-depth product knowledge to effectively highlight key benefits and unique selling points.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop promotions, campaigns, and special offers for live events.
- Monitor viewer feedback and report on live session performance to contribute insights for continued improvement.
- Assist in occasional studio set-ups, equipment preparation, and content recording as needed.
Qualification
- Proven experience in live selling, online sales, hosting, or similar roles is a strong advantage.
- Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills with a friendly and confident on-camera presence.
- Familiarity with online sales platforms (e.g., Facebook Live, Shopee Live, TikTok Shop) and social media trends.
- Strong product demonstration and customer engagement skills.
- Ability to multitask, perform under pressure, and manage real-time audience interactions seamlessly.
- Creative, energetic, and motivated with a high degree of professionalism.
- Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as required by streaming schedules.
- College level or graduate in Marketing, Communications, or related field is a plus but not required.
