Responsibility
- Perform routine inspection, maintenance, and repair of electrical machinery and equipment
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues promptly to minimize downtime
- Install, test, and maintain electrical wiring, control systems, and related electronics
- Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and company policies
- Document and report maintenance activities, equipment status, and improvement suggestions
- Collaborate with mechanical and maintenance teams for integrated solutions
- Support in the planning and implementation of preventive maintenance schedules
- Respond quickly to emergency breakdowns and service requests
Qualification
- Minimum SMK/STM (Technical/Vocational High School) in Electrical Engineering or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in industrial electrical maintenance
- Solid understanding of electrical circuits, schematics, and safety standards (SNI/IEC)
- Ability to read technical diagrams and utilize test instruments (multimeter, clamp meter, etc.)
- Hands-on experience with PLC, relay controls, and motor control systems is a plus
- Willing to work under contract employment with possible overtime
- Good analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Strong teamwork, communication, and work ethic
