Responsibility
- Rotate across key banking domains including branch operations, sales, customer service, risk and compliance, and product support to gain broad exposure.
- Assist frontline teams in delivering exceptional customer experiences and fulfilling customer needs with suitable banking solutions.
- Support daily operations, cash handling, account opening, and documentation compliance in line with Bank policies.
- Participate in structured training modules covering financial products, credit risk, AML/KYC, and data-driven sales.
- Analyze customer insights and prepare concise reports to support business decisions and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on projects that drive process improvements and efficiency gains.
- Demonstrate leadership potential by coordinating small teams on initiatives and presenting results to leadership.
Qualification
- Fresh graduates or early-career professionals with a bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, or related fields.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English; Bahasa Malaysia fluency a plus.
- Analytical thinker with problem-solving mindset and numerical aptitude.
- Highly motivated, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
- Excellent teamwork, collaboration, and willingness to learn across multiple banking domains.
- Commitment to high ethical standards, compliance, and regulatory requirements (AML/KYC).
