Responsibility
- Participate in a 12-month rotational program across Retail Banking, Digital Banking, Operations, Risk & Compliance, and Corporate Banking.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and tailor financial solutions to meet client needs.
- Assist in day-to-day banking operations, including account opening, loan processing, and transaction handling.
- Support process improvements and contribute to efficiency initiatives across departments.
- Prepare and present basic financial analyses and reports for internal management.
- Collaborate with mentors and cross-functional teams on on-the-job projects.
- Help achieve sales targets and promote appropriate banking products with a customer-centric approach.
- Document learning progress, complete assessments, and demonstrate leadership potential.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Banking, or a related field (recent graduates are welcome).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Malay; confident presenter.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive insights.
- Proactive, fast learner who thrives in a dynamic, customer-focused environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with data analysis tools is a plus.
