Job description
Macquarie Group is seeking a Senior Analyst to join our Non-Financial Risk Operations team, focusing on Policy Governance in Indonesia. This role partners with policy owners across the organization to govern Macquarie-wide policies and uplift non-financial risk policies, ensuring they are practical, enforceable and aligned with business goals.
You will translate complex risk concepts into clear policy requirements, maps, and standards, working to harmonize policy content with operational controls, technology risk, information security, business continuity, third-party risk, and regulatory requirements. You will maintain the policy library, drive periodic reviews, and ensure timely updates in response to regulatory changes, incidents, and process improvements.
Key responsibilities include collaborating with risk owners to define policy scope, evaluating policy effectiveness, and presenting clear governance metrics to executive leadership. You will develop training and awareness materials to promote consistent policy adherence across functions and support policy exception handling with rigorous remediation tracking.
We are looking for a proactive communicator who can balance attention to detail with a big-picture perspective, and who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. This role offers an opportunity to influence risk governance in a global organisation while developing your expertise in non-financial risk and policy management.
As part of the role, you will lead governance forums, prepare dashboards showing the status of policy lifecycle, exceptions, and risk indicators, and partner with Internal Audit, Compliance, Legal, and business units to ensure policy alignment. You will use data analytics to identify gaps, measure policy effectiveness, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Join us to make an impact on Macquarie’s risk governance framework and contribute to a culture of integrity, transparency, and excellence.
