Responsibility
- Serve as primary point of contact for personal loan and mortgage applicants, providing clear guidance on required documents and timelines.
- Process loan applications from submission to approval, ensuring completeness and accuracy of all data.
- Verify applicant information, coordinate with underwriting, and resolve any missing documents or discrepancies promptly.
- Maintain relationships with clients, follow up on status updates, and manage expectations with courteous communication.
- Cross sell suitable loan products and related financial services when appropriate while upholding compliance and risk controls.
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to meet daily targets and service level agreements.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM and ensure data integrity for reporting and audits.
- Stay informed on loan products, rates, policies, and regulatory requirements to provide accurate guidance.
Qualification
- High school diploma or bachelor degree in business, finance, or a related field
- Proven experience in loan processing, customer service, or financial sales
- Strong knowledge of personal loan and mortgage products in the Philippines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Filipino
- Detail oriented with strong data entry and documentation skills
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work in a target driven environment and meet deadlines
