Job description
We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to lead our demand generation and brand storytelling. This role blends strategy and hands on execution across digital channels to drive pipeline and grow our audience in the tech space.
As a key member of the Growth team, you will partner with Product, Sales, and Design to craft campaigns that resonate with our target buyers and accelerate revenue.
Responsibility
- Build and own multi channel marketing campaigns across digital, email, social, paid media, and events to generate qualified leads.
- Develop and optimize a comprehensive content strategy including blog posts, case studies, landing pages, and multimedia assets.
- Lead demand generation programs to nurture and convert MQLs into SQLs while tracking ROI and adjusting spend.
- Manage marketing automation and CRM integration to support lifecycle marketing and personalized customer journeys.
- Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Design to refine messaging, ICPs, and positioning for maximum market impact.
- Analyze performance metrics, run A/B tests, and present insights and recommendations to leadership.
- Plan and execute virtual and in person events, webinars, and partnerships with budgets and timelines.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 3-5 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in tech or SaaS
- Proven track record of successful demand generation and content marketing campaigns
- Experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM (Salesforce)
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to turn data into actionable strategies
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with compelling storytelling skills
- Strong project management and cross functional collaboration abilities
