BrightNova Marketing is seeking a Marketing Manager to join our fast-growing team in Austin, Texas. You will lead data-driven campaigns across digital, social, email, and content channels to drive acquisition and retention. Responsibility
- Develop and execute cross-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social, email, SEO/SEM) to meet growth targets.
- Own marketing funnel optimization from awareness to conversion, including landing pages and onboarding flows.
- Collaborate with product, design, analytics, and sales to craft compelling messaging and creative assets.
- Analyze performance data, generate insights, and present ROI-focused reports to leadership.
- Manage budget, vendor relationships, and campaign calendars.
- Lead A/B tests, experimentation roadmap, and continuous optimization.
- Champion brand voice and consistency across all channels.
Qualification
- 5+ years of hands-on B2C or B2B marketing experience, preferably in tech or SaaS.
- Proven ability to design and optimize multi-channel campaigns with measurable ROI.
- Strong data literacy; proficient with analytics tools (GA4, Looker/Power BI, Excel).
- Experience with marketing automation and email platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, or similar).
- Excellent written and verbal communication; strong storytelling and creative thinking.
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a matrixed organization; collaborative mindset.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA is a plus.
