We are seeking a Marketing Manager who will own strategy, execution, and optimization across digital channels, working closely with product, design, and sales to accelerate growth.
In this role you will design and execute integrated marketing programs across digital, content, events, and partnerships. You will leverage data to optimize performance, manage budgets, and report insights to executives. You will mentor junior teammates and help shape our marketing playbooks.
Ideal candidates are data driven storytellers with hands on experience in B2B and B2C marketing, growth strategy, and marketing automation.
Responsibility
- Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of integrated marketing campaigns across digital channels including paid, organic, email, social, and events.
- Develop audience personas, messaging, and value propositions aligned with product goals and sales enablement.
- Collaborate with design, content, and product teams to create compelling marketing assets and campaigns that resonate with target markets.
- Manage budgets, track performance, and optimize spend through data driven experimentation and attribution.
- Own marketing analytics by defining KPIs, building dashboards, and delivering actionable insights to leadership.
- Oversee marketing automation and CRM workflows to nurture leads and accelerate pipeline.
- Mentor and develop a small team of marketers and external partners.
Qualification
- Minimum 5 years of marketing experience in dynamic B2B or B2C environments.
- Proven track record delivering multi channel campaigns with measurable impact on growth and revenue.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in attribution, dashboards, and data driven decision making.
- Hands on experience with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, or equivalent and CRM systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, storytelling, and collaboration skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
