As a Marketing Manager, you will lead the development and execution of integrated marketing programs that drive demand, nurture leads, and accelerate revenue. You will collaborate with product, sales, design, and analytics teams to craft compelling campaigns and measurable outcomes.
Responsibility
- Develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies to drive pipeline and brand growth.
- Lead multi-channel campaigns across digital channels (paid search, social, email, content, SEO) and measure ROI.
- Collaborate with product, sales, and creative teams to craft messaging and assets that resonate with target audiences.
- Manage marketing budget, forecasts, and vendor relationships to maximize impact.
- Analyze performance metrics, generate reports, and optimize campaigns on a weekly basis.
- Own SEO/Content strategy, including keyword research, editorial calendar, and on-page optimization.
- Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team or cross-functional squad to deliver best-in-class programs.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 5+ years of B2B or B2C marketing experience with a proven track record of growth.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics 4), and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo).
- Proficiency in SEO, SEM, paid social, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Data-driven, with the ability to translate insights into strategy and compelling storytelling.
- Experience managing budgets and vendor partnerships; comfortable with fast-paced environments.
