Responsibility
- Develop and own multi channel marketing strategies across paid, owned, and earned channels.
- Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns from brief through post campaign analysis, including budgets and timelines.
- Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to produce compelling assets that convert.
- Lead data driven optimization of funnels and landing pages using analytics and A/B testing.
- Manage client relationships and internal stakeholders, presenting clear performance insights.
- Define and track metrics, generate regular reports, and inform strategic decisions.
- Identify new growth opportunities and scale successful campaigns.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field
- 5+ years of digital or growth marketing experience in agency or in house
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing
- Proficiency with analytics tools such as Google Analytics 4 and marketing automation platforms
- Experience with CRM and lead nurturing workflows
- Excellent communication, project management, and cross functional collaboration
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast paced environment
