Join Lumina Growth Labs as a Marketing Manager and lead high-impact campaigns for a fast-growing brand in New York City. You will design and execute data-driven marketing programs across paid, earned, and owned channels. This is a strategic role for a results-driven marketing professional with a track record of accelerating growth.
What you’ll do:
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across channels including digital advertising, content, email, and social media.
- Shape and own the content strategy and editorial calendar to support product launches and demand generation.
- Collaborate with product, sales, and design teams to craft compelling value propositions and go-to-market plans.
- Analyze performance, build dashboards, and report ROI to stakeholders; continuously optimize for CAC and LTV.
- Manage budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships to maximize impact and efficiency.
- Lead A/B testing, funnel optimization, and conversion rate optimization initiatives.
- Mentor and develop junior marketers, fostering a high-performance culture.
Responsibility
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across channels to drive awareness, demand, and revenue.
- Own content strategy, SEO, and editorial calendars to support brand and product goals.
- Collaborate with product, design, and sales teams to align messaging and GTM tactics.
- Measure and report campaign performance with dashboards; optimize campaigns to improve ROAS.
- Budget management and vendor relations to maximize ROI.
- Experiment with new channels and tactics while maintaining brand voice and consistency.
- Lead, coach, and grow a high-performing marketing team.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of marketing experience with a focus on growth, demand generation, or integrated campaigns.
- Proven track record of building successful multi-channel marketing programs that drive pipeline.
- Strong analytical skills; comfortable with data analysis, dashboards, and ROI optimization.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to tell compelling brand stories.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce).
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Portfolio of campaigns and outcomes demonstrating impact.
