NovaPulse Marketing is seeking a data-driven Marketing Manager to lead our NYC-based demand generation and brand campaigns. This role combines strategy, execution, and analytics to drive revenue and customer engagement.
As a Marketing Manager, you will own multi-channel initiatives across digital, content, events, and partner programs, collaborating closely with Product and Sales to align messages and buyer intent. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, embraces experimentation, and uses data to inform decisions.
Responsibility
- Develop and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns across digital ads, email, content, social, and events to generate qualified leads and pipeline.
- Define and own the content strategy, messaging, and editorial calendar aligned with buyer personas.
- Analyze campaign performance with dashboards, ROI, CAC, LTV, and optimize budgets and tactics accordingly.
- Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Design to craft compelling assets and value propositions.
- Lead marketing automation, CRM workflows, lead scoring, and lifecycle marketing using platforms like HubSpot or Salesforce.
- Manage annual marketing budget, forecast spend, and vendor relations; negotiate partnerships.
- Lead and mentor a small marketing team; drive cross-functional alignment across departments.
- Plan and execute events, webinars, and partnerships to expand reach in NYC and beyond.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of B2B marketing experience with measurable results, preferably in tech or SaaS.
- Proven experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo).
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with marketing analytics tools (GA4, Tableau, Looker).
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with ability to craft compelling value propositions.
- Track record of developing and executing high-performance campaigns with ROI focus.
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, collaborative environment; hybrid in NYC preferred.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
