Responsibility
- Develop and execute data-driven marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, and content channels to drive qualified leads and pipeline.
- Collaborate with product, sales, and design to define ICPs, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.
- Lead demand generation programs, nurture workflows, and lifecycle marketing to accelerate conversion.
- Own content strategy including SEO, blogs, case studies, webinars, and video to build brand authority.
- Manage marketing automation, attribution, and analytics to measure performance and optimize spend.
- Oversee budgets, vendor relationships, and project planning with cross-functional teams.
- Experiment with A/B tests and growth experiments to continuously improve acquisition and conversion.
Qualification
- 3+ years of B2B or tech marketing with a proven track record in demand generation and pipeline impact.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce).
- Strong knowledge of SEO, content marketing, social media, and email marketing best practices.
- Data-driven with proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Looker, Tableau) and marketing metrics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and ability to collaborate across product, sales, and design.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field; MBA a plus.
