Responsibility
- Develop and own comprehensive marketing strategies across digital and traditional channels to drive pipeline and revenue.
- Lead creative campaigns, messaging, and content across multiple formats (blog, video, social, email).
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid media (SEO, SEM, social ads) to maximize ROI.
- Collaborate with product, sales, and design to align go-to-market initiatives with business goals.
- Measure performance using analytics tools, generate insights, and present executive-ready reports.
- Mentor junior marketers, implement scalable processes, and champion experimentation (A/B testing, multi-variant tests).
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field; MBA a plus.
- 5+ years in B2B/B2C marketing with proven results in demand generation and growth campaigns.
- Strong expertise in SEO, SEM, content marketing, and social media strategy.
- Hands-on experience with analytics platforms (GA4, Mixpanel) and marketing automation (HubSpot, Marketo).
- Excellent communication, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Data-driven mindset with a track record of driving ROI and pipeline growth.
