In this role, you will own strategy, execution, and optimization across channels to drive pipeline and revenue growth.
You will collaborate with product, design, and sales to craft compelling stories and optimize the customer journey.
Responsibility
- Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across paid search, social, email, and content to generate qualified leads and accelerate revenue.
- Own funnel metrics, track performance, and report insights to leadership with clear, actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with product and design to create compelling messaging, value propositions, and assets for demand generation.
- Plan and manage the annual marketing calendar, budgets, and campaign timelines.
- Lead marketing automation workflows, nurture programs, and lifecycle campaigns to move prospects through the funnel.
- Coordinate with sales to implement account-based marketing programs and measure impact.
- Ensure alignment with brand guidelines and maintain consistent voice across all channels.
- Analyze user journeys, run A/B tests, and optimize landing pages to maximize conversion rates.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field; 5+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience preferred.
- Proven track record of driving demand generation, pipeline, and revenue growth in fast-paced environments.
- Expertise in digital marketing, SEO/SEM, content marketing, email, and marketing analytics.
- Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills; ability to manage multiple campaigns concurrently.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms (for example, HubSpot or Marketo) and CRM systems.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical, storytelling, and presentation skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to distill complex concepts for diverse audiences.
