Responsibility

  • Lead the development and execution of integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, content, social, email, events) to drive awareness, leads, and revenue.
  • Own content strategy and production, including blog posts, case studies, videos, and webinars that educate and convert.
  • Optimize user journeys and landing pages for conversion using A/B tests and analytics.
  • Collaborate with product, sales, and design to ensure consistent messaging and a differentiated brand voice.
  • Manage marketing automation, CRM workflows, and lead scoring to nurture opportunities end-to-end.
  • Monitor budgets, forecast results, and provide data-driven performance reporting to stakeholders.
  • Build strong partner and influencer relationships to amplify reach and credibility.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, competitive moves, and regulatory changes to inform strategy.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of B2B/B2C marketing experience with a proven track record of successful multi-channel campaigns.
  • Strong expertise in SEO/SEM, content marketing, email marketing, and social media strategy.
  • Hands-on experience with analytics platforms (Google Analytics, GA4) and performance measurement.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation and CRM platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce).
  • Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Collaborative mindset with ability to influence cross-functional teams and manage budgets.
