NovaTech Digital is seeking a data driven Marketing Manager to lead demand generation, branding, and content strategy in a fast paced technology environment. You will own go to market plans for flagship products, partner with Product, Sales, and Creative teams, and drive measurable growth across channels. Responsibility
- Develop and execute comprehensive demand generation strategies across digital channels to drive pipeline and revenue growth.
- Own content marketing and SEO initiatives to increase organic traffic and engagement.
- Lead go to market planning for product launches, including messaging, positioning, and collateral.
- Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Design to optimize conversions, funnels, and experiments.
- Analyze performance data, run A/B tests, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Manage and mentor a small marketing team and coordinate with external agencies.
- Build and maintain a consistent brand voice across channels and campaigns.
- Prepare quarterly marketing plans and budgets, and report progress to leadership.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 5+ years in B2B marketing, with a strong track record in demand generation and growth marketing.
- Proven experience with digital marketing tools and channels (SEO, PPC, email, social, analytics).
- Strong analytical mindset and proficiency with data driven decision making (GA4, SQL a plus).
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with ability to present to executives.
- Project management skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Team leadership experience and collaborative approach.
