We are seeking a results-oriented Marketing Manager to lead multi-channel initiatives, collaborate cross-functionally, and own performance from strategy to execution.
In this role, you will invent compelling narratives, optimize funnels, and leverage analytics to maximize ROI across paid, organic, and experiential channels.
Responsibility
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies across digital and offline channels to drive pipeline and revenue.
- Lead multi-channel campaigns (SEO, content, paid search, paid social, email) with end-to-end ownership.
- Collaborate with product, design, and sales teams to create compelling go-to-market plans and messaging assets.
- Define success metrics, implement measurement frameworks, and analyze performance to optimize budgets and ROI.
- Manage and mentor a small marketing team or cross-functional contributors; coordinate freelancers and agencies as needed.
- Own marketing automation and CRM workflows to nurture leads and accelerate conversions.
- Drive A/B testing program and experimentation to continuously improve conversion rates across funnels.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; MBA a plus.
- 5+ years of integrated marketing experience, with a track record of driving qualified pipeline and revenue growth.
- Proficiency in digital marketing channels including SEO/SEM, content marketing, email, social, and paid media.
- Strong analytical mindset with hands-on experience with analytics tools (GA4, Looker/Power BI, etc.) and attribution models.
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, or equivalent).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to craft clear messaging for multiple audiences.
- Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders simultaneously.
