We are seeking a Marketing Manager who can own multi-channel programs, collaborate with product and sales, and elevate our clients' brands while driving revenue growth. You will report to the Director of Growth and play a pivotal role in a fast-moving team that values experimentation and rapid iteration.
Responsibility
- Plan, execute, and optimize integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns (paid search, paid social, email, content) to generate qualified leads and revenue.
- Define and track KPIs, run experimentation, and translate data into actionable optimization strategies.
- Collaborate with product, sales, and design to craft effective ABM and demand-gen programs.
- Create compelling messaging and content for campaigns, landing pages, and nurture programs.
- Manage marketing automation workflows (HubSpot) and ensure data quality and alignment with CRM.
- Forecast demand generation results, report on performance, and adjust budgets and bets accordingly.
- Improve organic visibility through SEO-friendly content strategy and technical optimizations.
- Partner with external agencies and vendors, managing budgets and ensuring ROI on marketing investments.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field; MBA a plus.
- 4-7+ years of B2B marketing experience with a proven track record in demand generation and pipeline growth.
- Strong proficiency with marketing automation and CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred); excellent data analysis skills.
- Deep knowledge of digital channels including SEO, SEM, paid social, email, and content marketing.
- Data-driven mindset with ability to design, run, and interpret experiments; strong analytical and storytelling skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, collaboration, and project management abilities.
- Experience with ABM programs and cross-functional collaboration with sales and product teams.
- Creative thinker who can translate complex solutions into clear value propositions and messaging.
