Responsibility
- Develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies across paid, owned, and earned channels to drive demand and revenue.
- Lead multi-channel campaigns across SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing, ensuring alignment with brand goals.
- Own funnel optimization, A/B testing, attribution modeling, and ROI measurement.
- Collaborate with product, design, and sales to create high-converting landing pages and assets.
- Analyze performance metrics, prepare executive-level reports, and adapt plans based on insights.
- Oversee marketing automation and CRM workflows (e.g., HubSpot/Salesforce) to nurture leads and accelerate conversions.
- Mentor junior team members and coordinate with external agencies and vendors.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field; 5+ years of marketing experience with a track record of growth.
- Strong command of SEO/SEM, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content strategy.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation and analytics tools (HubSpot, Marketo, GA4, Tableau).
- Excellent written and verbal communication, project management, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable campaigns.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple campaigns concurrently.
