As a Marketing Specialist in Austin, you will own core campaigns from concept to measurement, partnering with product, design, and sales to accelerate growth and elevate our brand.
Responsibility
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, and events to drive pipeline.
- Own the content strategy and calendar, coordinating with product and design teams to publish compelling assets.
- Optimize campaigns using data-driven insights, A/B testing, and performance metrics to improve ROI.
- Collaborate with sales and product to refine buyer personas, messaging, and value propositions.
- Manage monthly marketing budgets, track spend, and report on KPIs and ROI.
- Lead SEO, content marketing, and social media initiatives to grow organic reach and engagement.
- Oversee brand consistency and external communications across channels, including press materials when needed.
- Coordinate cross-functional campaigns with partner networks and events to maximize impact.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; 3-5 years of progressive marketing experience.
- Strong track record building and optimizing multi-channel campaigns with measurable results.
- Proficiency in marketing tools (HubSpot or similar, Google Analytics, SEO tools, email platforms, and paid media).
- Excellent written and verbal communication, storytelling, and editorial skills.
- Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration abilities; comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
- Data-driven mindset with ability to translate analytics into actionable strategies.
- Creative thinker with attention to detail and a proactive, ownership mindset.
- Experience with B2B SaaS or tech products is a plus.
