Responsibility
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across email, social media, search, and paid channels to drive qualified leads and revenue.
- Create high-converting content including emails, landing pages, blogs, and social copy.
- Analyze campaign performance, build dashboards, and optimize ROI using data-driven insights.
- Collaborate with design, product, and sales teams to align messaging, assets, and timelines.
- Manage marketing automation and lead-nurturing workflows in our CRM and ESP.
- Monitor budgets, negotiate with vendors, and ensure on-time delivery of assets.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, conduct A/B tests, and iterate based on results.
Qualification
- 2+ years in marketing, preferably B2B/tech or SaaS.
- Proven track record of successful digital campaigns with measurable outcomes.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, or similar) and CRM systems.
- Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, data visualization, and building actionable dashboards.
- Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, social media, and paid media fundamentals.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and project management abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
