In this role you will be the primary point of contact for customers in the NTB region, educating clinicians and procurement teams about product features, clinical benefits and proper usage. You will develop and execute strategic account plans, identify new opportunities, and close deals that meet both customer needs and company targets. You will collaborate with field marketing, clinical specialists, and service teams to ensure successful product deployment and post sales support.
What you will do:
- Promote and demonstrate medical device products to physicians, nurses, procurement staff and hospital administrators
- Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, clinics and distributors; manage key accounts
- Conduct product demonstrations, trainings and in-service sessions; communicate clinical benefits and ROI
- Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation; prepare proposals, price quotes, and win strategies
- Ensure accurate forecasting, CRM updates and reporting; maintain a healthy sales pipeline
- Coordinate with internal teams for installation, training and after-sales support; ensure customer satisfaction
- Stay current on market trends, regulatory changes and competitive landscape; provide feedback to product and marketing teams

Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in life sciences, pharmacy, medical technology or related field
- 2+ years of medical device sales or healthcare equipment experience
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets; ability to work independently and travel within NTB
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem solving skills and customer focus; fluent in Indonesian; English is a plus
- Proficient with CRM tools and MS Office; ability to prepare reports and proposals
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the region
