We are seeking a seasoned Mentoring Lead to design, implement, and scale mentorship programs for professionals across industries. This role blends program design, coach‑like facilitation, and stakeholder collaboration to drive meaningful growth.
In this role you will partner with program directors, educators, and HR teams to create high impact mentoring experiences that accelerate career progression, improve retention, and build leadership capability.
Responsibilities include building scalable processes, curating content, and fostering inclusive mentoring practices across diverse cohorts.
Responsibility
- Design and implement scalable mentoring programs from onboarding to evaluation, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Develop mentor pipelines, training curricula, and quality standards for coaching interactions.
- Facilitate mentor mentee sessions and group coaching cohorts to maximize learning outcomes.
- Track success metrics, analyze outcomes, and report impact to senior leadership.
- Leverage learning technology platforms to manage relationships, scheduling, feedback, and analytics.
- Collaborate with DEI and Learning & Development teams to ensure inclusive and accessible mentoring.
- Manage program budgets, vendor relationships, and resource allocation.
- Continuously iterate and optimize programs based on participant feedback and data insights.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 5+ years of mentoring, coaching, adult education, or talent development experience.
- Proven track record designing and delivering mentoring programs at scale.
- Exceptional communication, active listening, empathy, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong facilitation skills for workshops and group coaching; ability to provide constructive feedback.
- Proficiency with LMS/CRM tools; data-driven mindset and project management capabilities.
- Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in learning environments.
- Ability to work across time zones and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
