Responsibility

  • Lead the end-to-end design and execution of the mentoring program, including goals, milestones, and success metrics.
  • Recruit, onboard, and train mentors; create practical guides, playbooks, and resource libraries.
  • Match mentors and mentees based on goals, skills, and schedules; manage onboarding and progression.
  • Develop curricula, learning paths, and evaluation tools to ensure impactful outcomes for mentees.
  • Coordinate workshops, group mentoring sessions, and speaker events; host regular office hours and feedback sessions.
  • Monitor program health using dashboards and surveys; present insights to leadership with actionable recommendations.
  • Collaborate with HR, learning and development, and department leaders to align with strategic initiatives.
  • Iterate continuously to improve processes, scale operations, and enhance participant experience.

Qualification

  • 3+ years in mentoring, coaching, talent development, education, or related fields with measurable impact.
  • Experience designing mentoring curricula, materials, and evaluation frameworks.
  • Strong interpersonal and active listening skills; ability to build trust with diverse audiences.
  • Data-driven mindset with familiarity in program analytics, surveys, and CRM/LMS systems.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
  • Project management experience with the ability to manage multiple programs and deadlines.
  • Clear, persuasive communication; capable of facilitating workshops and delivering engaging presentations.
