Responsibility
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee the design, installation, and commissioning of MEP systems across multiple construction projects.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and site managers to ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
- Identify and resolve technical challenges related to mechanical, electrical, and plumbing installations.
- Conduct regular inspections to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to timelines.
- Prepare and review technical documentation, drawings, and reports.
- Manage subcontractors and suppliers to secure timely delivery of MEP equipment and materials.
- Implement and enforce quality control procedures and best practices on site.
- Stay informed of emerging MEP technologies and incorporate innovative solutions into project execution.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in MEP project execution within the construction industry.
- Solid knowledge of Indonesian construction codes, standards, and safety regulations.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent project management and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and relevant MEP software.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
