Responsibility
- Develop and oversee military training programs and standard operating procedures for personnel across multiple bases.
- Coordinate with base leadership, instructors, and vendors to plan, schedule, and execute training events.
- Conduct threat assessments, risk analyses, and readiness evaluations; implement corrective actions.
- Monitor compliance with DoD policies, safety regulations, and program quality standards.
- Manage program budgets, procurement, and material logistics for training and operations.
- Lead cross-functional teams in high-tempo environments; mentor junior staff and maintain performance metrics.
- Prepare after-action reviews, performance reports, and certifications; present findings to stakeholders.
- Support mission readiness initiatives, data analytics, and continuous process improvement.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Security Studies, Defense Management, Engineering, or a related field; or equivalent military experience.
- 5+ years of military operations, defense training, or equivalent experience.
- Strong knowledge of DoD policies, safety protocols, risk management, and ethics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; proven leadership and briefing abilities.
- Ability to travel domestically as required (up to 25%); flexible schedule for on-site trainings.
- Security clearance (Secret or higher) preferred or ability to obtain; background with classified information handling.
- Proficiency with MS Office, LMS platforms, and data-driven decision making; basic project management.
