Responsibility

  • Develop and oversee military training programs and standard operating procedures for personnel across multiple bases.
  • Coordinate with base leadership, instructors, and vendors to plan, schedule, and execute training events.
  • Conduct threat assessments, risk analyses, and readiness evaluations; implement corrective actions.
  • Monitor compliance with DoD policies, safety regulations, and program quality standards.
  • Manage program budgets, procurement, and material logistics for training and operations.

Qualification
