Responsibility
- Lead and perform multi-source intelligence analysis (HUMINT, SIGINT, OSINT) to produce concise, accurate assessments for clients and internal stakeholders.
- Monitor open-source information and geopolitical developments to identify emerging threats, risks, and opportunities.
- Develop organized, time-sensitive analytic products, including briefings, reports, and executive summaries.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor intelligence deliverables to policy, operations, and risk management needs.
- Manage data quality, validation, and sources in accordance with legal and ethical standards; ensure defensible methodologies.
- Communicate findings clearly to non-technical audiences; present briefings to senior leadership and clients; respond to requests with tact and accuracy.
- Support risk assessment, scenario planning, and decision-support processes with actionable recommendations.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in International Relations, Security Studies, Political Science, Data Science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 5+ years of intelligence analysis experience in government or defense sectors; experience with multi-source fusion highly valued.
- Strong proficiency in OSINT tools, data visualization, and reporting; experience with analytical software such as Analyst Notebook, Palantir, or similar is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to produce clear, concise, and well-sourced written reports and briefings; excellent communication skills.
- U.S. citizenship or permanent residency and ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate with diverse teams.
- Proven ethical judgment, integrity, and commitment to compliance with laws and regulations.
