Join Tri Adi Bersama as a Mitra Satria Kurir Motor in Jakarta Utara. This is a full-time motorcycle courier role designed for reliable, customer-focused delivery and pickup of packages. You will operate a company-issued motorcycle, navigate routes, and ensure timely, accurate, and safe delivery to customers while representing the Tri Adi Bersama brand. As a Mitra Satria Kurir Motor, you will be responsible for end-to-end logistics tasks including picking up parcels from partners or warehouses, loading and securing items for transport, and delivering to residential or business addresses. You will communicate clearly with customers, capture required signatures, and log delivery status in our systems to ensure real-time visibility for dispatch and customers. You will also contribute to route optimization by planning efficient paths, avoiding delays, and responding promptly to changes in schedule. Responsibility
- Safely operate company-issued motorcycle to pickup and deliver packages to customers within the Jakarta Utara area, following designated routes and schedules.
- Verify recipient information, obtain signatures, and ensure proper handling and secure transport of packages.
- Plan and optimize daily delivery routes to maximize on-time performance and minimize delays.
- Perform basic vehicle inspections, routine maintenance checks, and promptly report any mechanical issues to the fleet team.
- Adhere to traffic laws, safety policies, and company guidelines while delivering with professionalism and courtesy.
- Update delivery status in the dispatch system and communicate with customers about ETA changes or delays.
- Load and unload parcels with care, maintain accurate delivery records, and ensure packaging integrity.
- Provide excellent customer service, representing the company in a positive and professional manner.
Qualification
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant courier experience is a plus.
- Valid motorcycle license (SIM C) with a clean driving record.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a courier or delivery driver, preferably motorcycle-based.
- Familiarity with Jakarta road networks and urban navigation; ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent time management, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and customer service skills; ability to handle inquiries professionally.
- Physical stamina to ride daily, load and unload packages, and work in varying weather conditions.
- Punctual, reliable, and quality-focused with a safety-conscious mindset.
