Tri Adi Bersama is seeking a dedicated Motorcycle Courier to support our expanding distribution network in Kabupaten Bekasi, West Java. This full-time role focuses on the safe, timely pickup and delivery of packages, acting as a reliable link between customers, partners, and our logistics team. In this role, you will navigate busy routes, plan efficient journeys, and utilize our delivery platform to track packages from pickup to final handoff. You will ensure accuracy of delivery documentation, obtain signatures when required, and communicate proactively with customers about status and potential delays. We value reliability and customer service, and you will maintain your motorcycle and equipment in top condition while adhering to safety protocols. Responsibility
- Safely operate a motorcycle to pick up and deliver packages within Kabupaten Bekasi, ensuring on-time handoffs to customers.
- Plan efficient routes, manage daily delivery schedules, and update tracking information in our systems for accurate delivery windows.
- Collect recipient signatures and handle proof of delivery, returns, and any delivery exceptions per policy.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and report issues or delays to supervisors in a timely manner.
- Perform routine vehicle inspections, conduct pre- and post-trip checks, and maintain the motorcycle in clean, safe condition.
- Provide courteous customer service, communicate delivery status clearly, and escalate concerns as needed.
- Collaborate with warehouse staff to optimize package loading and ensure secure handoffs at doorsteps or designated drop-off points.
- Adhere to safety, traffic regulations, and company policies at all times.
Qualification
- Valid motorcycle license (SIM C or higher) and a clean driving record.
- Minimum high school education or equivalent; 1+ year courier or delivery experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of the Kabupaten Bekasi area and reliable navigation skills.
- Excellent time management, reliability, and the ability to work independently with flexible hours (including weekends).
- Physical ability to lift up to 25 kg and endure varying weather conditions while riding.
- Basic digital literacy and comfort using mobile apps, GPS, and delivery software.
- Excellent communication and a customer-service mindset with a professional demeanor.
