As our Music Producer, you will translate artistic vision into compelling, radio-ready recordings, oversee pre-production planning, and guide the entire production process from concept to final mix. You will work closely with artists, engineers, and session musicians to achieve distinct, market-ready sounds that resonate with diverse audiences.

Responsibility
- Lead creative direction and production planning for recording projects from pre-production to final mix.
- Collaborate with artists, engineers, and session musicians to shape sound and arrangements.
- Coordinate recording sessions, gear setup, mic selection, and signal flow to optimize studio workflow.
- Oversee project budgeting, scheduling, and vendor coordination to ensure on-time delivery.
- Guide mixing and mastering processes, delivering industry-standard masters ready for distribution.
- Mentor junior producers and interns, fostering artist development and catalog growth.
- Maintain thorough project documentation, stems, and session notes for reproducibility and future remixes.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Music Production or equivalent experience; 5+ years in music production or recording.
- Proficiency with DAWs (Pro Tools, Logic Pro, Ableton) and industry-standard plugins.
- Strong ear for arrangement, vocal production, and cross-genre versatility.
- Excellent collaboration, communication, and leadership skills with artists and teams.
- Experience managing budgets, timelines, and client expectations in a studio setting.
- Solid portfolio of completed productions demonstrating creativity and technical skill.
- Willingness to travel for sessions and events; comfortable in studio and live environments.
- Knowledge of licensing and publishing basics is a plus.
