Responsibility
- Lead and manage end-to-end music production for a diverse portfolio of artists and genres.
- Collaborate with songwriters, vocalists, and instrumentalists to craft innovative music tracks.
- Oversee recording sessions to ensure high-quality audio output and creative direction.
- Mentor and inspire junior producers and sound engineers.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
- Coordinate with management and marketing teams to align artistic goals with business objectives.
- Review and approve final mixes and masters before release.
- Uphold the studio’s standards for artistic integrity and client satisfaction.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Music Production, Audio Engineering, or related field.
- 7+ years of professional experience as a producer in the music industry.
- Expertise in modern DAWs such as Pro Tools, Logic Pro X, or Ableton Live.
- Exquisite ear for music detail with strong arrangement and mixing skills.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver chart-ready music in multiple styles.
- Proven leadership and project management abilities.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
- Portfolio or track record of successful commercial releases is required.
