Harmonic Edge Studios is seeking a collaborative and results-driven Music Producer to join our vibrant team in Austin, TX. You will work with a diverse roster of artists to craft radio-ready tracks and immersive sonic experiences.

Responsibility
- Lead and co-create music production sessions from concept to final mix, ensuring artistic vision and commercial viability.
- Arrange, program, and oversee all instrumentation, vocal direction, and tempo decisions.
- Collaborate with artists, engineers, and managers to establish project timelines and deliverables.
- Guide creative storytelling through sonic textures, sound design, and instrumentation choices.
- Mix and master final tracks to a polished, radio-ready standard while preserving artistic integrity.
- Manage session schedules, studio bookings, and client communication with a high level of professionalism.
- Mentor junior engineers and interns, promoting a culture of learning and excellence.
- Contribute to pitching, licensing, and release strategy to maximize track reach.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Music Production, Audio Engineering, or equivalent experience in a professional studio.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on production experience across multiple genres.
- Proficiency in Pro Tools and Logic Pro; strong knowledge of mixing/Mastering workflows.
- Excellent listening skills, creative problem-solving, and a collaborative mindset.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality recordings on tight deadlines.
- Experience with vocal production, mic techniques, and room acoustics.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and communicate clearly with artists and stakeholders.
- Passion for mentoring and elevating the careers of emerging artists.
