Join Aurora Wave Records in Los Angeles as a dynamic Music Producer. You will lead production on artist projects, craft compelling arrangements, and drive tracks from concept to release.
As part of our creative team, you will collaborate with artists, engineers, and A&R to shape sound and ensure top-tier quality across genres. You’ll manage sessions, supervise mixing and mastering, and contribute to creative decision-making that aligns with brand strategy and campaign goals.

Responsibility
- Lead the end‑to‑end production of tracks from concept to final mix, ensuring alignment with artistic vision and brand strategy.
- Plan and supervise recording sessions; coordinate with artists, engineers, and studio staff to maximize creative output.
- Craft bespoke arrangements, programming, and performances across multiple genres.
- Oversee mixing and mastering workflows; deliver polished stems and master files ready for release.
- Collaborate with A&R, marketing, and video teams to tailor tracks for campaigns and sync opportunities.
- Manage project timelines and budgets; maintain organized session files and version control in DAWs.
- Mentor emerging artists and provide constructive direction to help elevate performances.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Music, Audio Production, or 3+ years of hands-on production experience with a proven track record.
- Proficiency in DAWs (Pro Tools, Logic Pro, Ableton Live); strong editing, sampling, and sequencing skills.
- Solid understanding of mixing and mastering techniques; ability to translate creative ideas into sonically compelling tracks.
- Portfolio of released tracks or published work demonstrating versatility across genres.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities; comfortable working under tight deadlines.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, creative environment and adapt to feedback and revisions.
- Knowledge of licensing, copyright considerations, and sample clearance best practices.
