Join a dynamic Nashville-based music label dedicated to nurturing authentic voices and creating compelling, commercially impactful music. We are seeking a seasoned Music Producer who can shepherd tracks from concept to final master, collaborating closely with artists, engineers, and cross-functional teams to deliver world-class releases.
As a core member of our creative team, you will shape arrangements, drive recording sessions, and ensure every project meets high artistic and technical standards. You will also contribute to artist development, release strategy, and the ongoing growth of our catalog in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
What you’ll do:
- Lead and co-produce high-quality recordings across genres, from concept through final master.
- Plan and run recording sessions, coordinating engineers, session musicians, and creatives.
- Collaborate with artists on vision, arrangements, vocal production, and performance coaching.
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables from pre-production to release.
- Guide mixing and mastering decisions, ensuring sonic consistency with label standards.
- Support A&R and marketing teams to shape release strategy and metadata for distribution.
- Maintain studio workflows, equipment health, and safe, productive session environments.

Responsibility
- Plan, organize, and execute recording sessions with artists and engineers.
- Develop musical concepts, arrangements, and performance approaches.
- Drive the creative process from pre-production to final master.
- Coordinate with engineers, session musicians, and collaborators to meet project timelines.
- Oversee quality control of recordings, mixes, and masters to align with label standards.
- Collaborate with A&R, marketing, and management to shape release strategy.
- Maintain studio operations, budget, and equipment maintenance.
- Mentor junior producers and contribute to artist development initiatives.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in music production or 5+ years of professional experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency with DAWs (Logic Pro X, Pro Tools, Ableton Live) and a strong plugin/equipment knowledge base.
- Proven track record of producing commercially released music across multiple genres.
- Exceptional musicality, ear for arrangement, and vocal production skills.
- Excellent communication, project management, and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to work in Nashville, with flexibility for occasional travel and sessions.
- Strong portfolio or demo reel showcasing creative and technical capabilities.
- Knowledge of music theory, mixing concepts, and signal flow for high-quality results.
