Private Advertiser is seeking a dedicated Nurse (Perawat) to join our healthcare team in Jakarta Raya. In this full-time position, you will provide compassionate patient care, conduct medical consultations, and educate patients on health management and wellness strategies. Responsibility
- Provide patient-centered nursing care and perform basic medical consultations as needed.
- Monitor, record, and interpret patient vitals and clinical status; respond to changes promptly.
- Administer medications and assist with procedures in accordance with clinical protocols and safety guidelines.
- Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment plans, medications, and preventive care.
- Collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team to coordinate effective care delivery.
- Maintain accurate, confidential medical records and ensure compliance with privacy regulations.
- Uphold infection control, safety standards, and quality assurance in daily operations.
- Support triage and patient flow during busy periods or emergencies.
Qualification
- Diploma or Bachelor degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
- Active nursing license or registration valid in Indonesia.
- Minimum 1 year of clinical nursing experience; strong clinical rotations or internship can be considered for new graduates.
- Excellent communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-based environment with a patient-centered approach.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and electronic medical records systems.
- Fluency in Indonesian; English proficiency is a plus.
