Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of children's strengths, needs, and challenges.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on assessment results.
- Utilize engaging, play-based approaches to support childrenās fine and gross motor skill development.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to optimize child progress.
- Document and track therapy sessions, progress notes, and outcomes.
- Create developmentally appropriate treatment goals and regularly review strategies.
- Provide advice and training to parents and educators on effective intervention techniques.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive, inclusive environment at Kiddles Playzone.
Qualification
- Bachelorās degree in Occupational Therapy or related health sciences field.
- Valid Occupational Therapy certification and/or local registration in Indonesia.
- Minimum 1 year of experience working with children as an Occupational Therapist, preferably in a clinical or educational setting.
- Strong understanding of pediatric occupational therapy assessment tools and intervention methods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patient, empathetic, and passionate about working with children with diverse needs.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia; conversational English is an advantage.
