Join LuminaCommerce, a fast growing e commerce operations agency, as an Online Store Manager. You will own the end to end management of client and internal online stores, spanning product catalogs, pricing, promotions, inventory, merchandising, and performance analytics. This role blends strategic leadership with hands on execution to maximize revenue, improve customer experience, and streamline operations.
In this versatile role you will collaborate across teams to deliver a best in class shopping experience while driving measurable growth for multiple storefronts.
Responsibility
- Oversee day to day operations for online stores on platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce and major marketplaces
- Own product catalog management including onboarding, pricing, descriptions, images, variants, and promotions
- Drive conversion rate optimization by improving product pages, site navigation, checkout flow, and merchandising
- Monitor and analyze sales metrics, traffic, SEO, and customer behavior to inform optimization priorities
- Coordinate with marketing, fulfillment, and customer service to ensure seamless order processing and strong CSAT
- Manage supplier onboarding, inventory forecasting, and relationship with vendors and 3PL partners
- Lead testing and implementation of new tools, apps, and integrations; manage project timelines and stakeholders
Qualification
- Bachelor degree in business, marketing, e commerce or related field or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of online store management or e commerce operations experience
- Deep knowledge of Shopify or Shopify Plus, WooCommerce, and familiarity with marketplaces like Amazon or eBay
- Strong data analysis skills using Excel/Sheets, Google Analytics, dashboards, and data visualization
- Experience with CRO, SEO, product optimization, and merchandising
- Excellent project management and cross functional collaboration skills
- Strong communication and vendor management abilities; able to manage deadlines and multiple priorities
- Hands on with inventory management, order fulfillment integrations, and basic IT troubleshooting
