Responsibility
- Plan and execute high-quality photo shoots for studio and on-location assignments.
- Collaborate with clients, creative directors, stylists, and retouchers to realize concepts.
- Set up lighting, camera systems, and backdrops; manage shot lists and production details.
- Direct models and subjects to capture compelling expressions and moments.
- Operate and troubleshoot camera gear; ensure proper data management and back-ups.
- Perform color correction and retouching; deliver final images within agreed timelines.
- Maintain studio cleanliness, equipment inventory, and safety protocols; participate in concept development.
Qualification
- 3+ years of professional photography experience with a strong portfolio.
- Proficient with DSLR/mirrorless cameras and lighting equipment (strobes, continuous light).
- Expertise in post-processing with Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom; familiarity with Capture One is a plus.
- Experience with on-location shoots, talent direction, and client liaison.
- Strong eye for composition, color, and storytelling; ability to translate briefs into visuals.
- Excellent time management, reliability, and ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation for on-site shoots.
