- Conduct proactive patrols to deter crime and ensure public safety in assigned precincts.

- Partner with investigative units to support case development and follow-up.
- Perform traffic enforcement and safety checks as directed.
- Maintain readiness through ongoing training and physical fitness standards.
- Utilize de-escalation techniques and crisis intervention when needed.
Qualification
- United States citizenship or legal residency as required by local law.
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
- Excellent physical fitness and the ability to pass rigorous training and exams.
- Strong communication, judgment, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work rotating shifts, holidays, and variable hours.
