In this role, you will manage production schedules, coordinate with vendors, perform prepress and color management checks, and maintain equipment and materials inventory. You will also review proofs, optimize processes, and contribute to process improvements that reduce waste and bottlenecks.

Responsibility
- Oversee end-to-end print production workflows for offset, digital, and large-format projects.
- Coordinate prepress, color management, and proofing to ensure accurate color and specs.
- Manage production schedules, vendor relationships, and on-time delivery to clients.
- Monitor quality control throughout production, addressing defects and optimizing processes.
- Maintain and troubleshoot printing equipment, inks, and substrates inventory.
- Collaborate with design, sales, and operations teams to align timelines and requirements.
- Implement process improvements to reduce waste, downtime, and costs.
- Prepare accurate job costing and quotes; support post-press finishing coordination.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Print Media, Graphic Communications, or related field; or equivalent professional experience.
- 3–5+ years of hands-on print production experience in a commercial printing environment.
- Strong knowledge of offset, digital, and large-format printing processes and substrates.
- Proficiency with color management (ICC profiles) and prepress software (Adobe Creative Suite, PDF workflows).
- Experience with RIP software and workflow automation; ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to read job tickets, specs, and proofs; high attention to detail and quality control mindset.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced production environment.
