NovaPrint Solutions is a premium printing partner providing offset, digital, and finishing services to a wide range of brands. We’re seeking a Printing Technician who thrives in a fast-paced production environment and is passionate about color accuracy, efficiency, and quality.

Responsibility
- Operate and set up offset presses (sheet-fed/rotary) to meet print specifications and production schedules.
- Manage makeready, plate changes, ink mix, and blanket care to maximize uptime and minimize waste.
- Monitor color accuracy using densitometers, ICC profiles, and proofing tools; adjust tonal ranges as needed.
- Collaborate with prepress and finishing teams to ensure smooth workflow and on-time delivery.
- Perform routine equipment maintenance, cleaning, and safety checks; document findings in logs.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, ink- and substrate-related issues; implement corrective actions quickly.
- Adhere to safety, quality, and environmental guidelines; maintain tidy, organized work areas.
Qualification
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in print production or press operation preferred.
- 2+ years of experience operating offset presses in a commercial or packaging environment.
- Strong color management skills, familiarity with ICC profiles and densitometry.
- Solid knowledge of prepress workflows, plate preparation, and makeready processes.
- Ability to read Job Tickets, interpret color swatches, and adhere to production timelines.
- Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving, and teamwork; effective communication skills.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs; safety-conscious mindset.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, overtime, or weekends as needed.
