As Product Owner, you will partner with engineering, design, data, marketing, and compliance to translate strategy into executable features. You will define product roadmaps, establish success metrics, and prioritize the backlog based on business value and customer impact. You will write clear user stories with acceptance criteria and collaborate through agile ceremonies to ensure timely, high-quality delivery that adheres to security and regulatory standards in fintech.

Responsibility
- Own and prioritize the product backlog, aligning features with business goals and customer value.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, data, marketing, and compliance) to translate strategy into actionable requirements.
- Define product vision, develop clear roadmaps, and set success metrics to track impact and ROI.
- Write well-formed user stories with acceptance criteria and ensure quality through rigorous review and QA processes.
- Engage stakeholders and customers to gather feedback, conduct discovery, and validate solutions with data-driven insights.
- Analyze product usage and market data to optimize features and drive ongoing improvement.
- Manage risks, dependencies, and regulatory considerations typical of fintech environments; ensure alignment with security and compliance standards.
- Lead agile ceremonies (planning, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, and retrospectives) to maintain momentum and transparency.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; or equivalent practical experience.
- 2+ years (associate) to 5+ years (lead) of Product Owner, Product Manager, or business analyst experience in fintech or technology-driven industries.
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and backlog management using tools like JIRA.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate complex requirements into clear user stories.
- Data-driven decision-making with proficiency in analytics tools (SQL, Excel, BI dashboards).
- Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering measurable business outcomes and user satisfaction.
- Familiarity with regulatory, risk, and security considerations in fintech; ability to collaborate with compliance teams.
