Responsibility
- Lead the conception and execution of creative packaging designs for consumer products.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and engineering teams to deliver brand-consistent, functional packaging.
- Develop prototypes, finalize dielines, and oversee pre-production processes.
- Ensure compliance with sustainability and industry packaging regulations.
- Work closely with suppliers and printers to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of design trends and competitor packaging.
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and clients.
- Manage multiple projects and timelines efficiently in a deadline-driven environment.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, Packaging Engineering, or related field.
- 3+ years proven experience in product packaging design, preferably for consumer goods.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, 3D modeling software is a plus.
- Strong portfolio showcasing innovative packaging projects.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Knowledge of sustainable materials and packaging trends.
- Attention to detail and ability to balance creativity with practical constraints.
- Experience coordinating with vendors and managing print production processes.
